The JFX200-2531 has twice the printing area as compared with the entry model JFX200-2513. The JFX200-2531 delivers high performance and productivity for professional sign and graphics companies.

Dual Origin Table
With dual origin points, two 4’x 8’ boards, oversized 8’x 10’ boards, multiple position jigs or smaller pre-cut pieces can be loaded onto the table for continuous printing. While one section (origin point) is printing, the operator can unload a finished board from the previous section and affix the next board without stopping production.

Precise Placement and Hold
Standard layout pins per origin and scale ensure board alignment for repeatable, accurate media placement. Two vacuum zones per origin point hold media flat. Two independent vacuum pumps feed a total of four vacuum zones for maximum media control.

Variable Drop Printing
The advantage of variable drop printing is most apparent when printing color gradations in light or pastel colors.

Anti-Banding Technology
Variable drop printing combined with Mimaki Advanced Pass System (MAPS) technology ensures precise and accurate print quality throughout the printing process, greatly reducing the appearance of banding and resulting in a smoother image.

Superior Inkjet Technology
Waveform control jets each ink droplet at an optimum angle to maintain ink droplet formation and shape.

Uninterrupted Printing Solutions
The Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) automatically detects and recovers clogged nozzles. If a nozzle cannot be recovered, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) selects substitute nozzles and restarts printing. Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT) continuously circulates the White ink and reduces the need for manual maintenance and waste.

UV-LED Technology
Mimaki’s UV-LED system uses less energy than other UV types, has a longer life and can print into media that could be damaged by higher-heat systems.
